Hammer Bridge
Hammer bridge is one of few bridges of its kind in Norway. The bridge looks like a house across the river, with an opening in each end. This kind of covered wooden bridge are more common in the UK and US. Hammer bridge was built in 1925 and is listed as part of Norwegian cultural heritage. The first covered bridge at Hammer was built in 1884. Hammer bridge is thought to be the second longest bridge of its kind in the world.
