Storfjellet by Lauvsnes is a popular hike with gorgeous view over the archipelago. Several possible starting points.

Alternative 1: From FV17, turn off onto FV766 towards Flatanger. Drive into centre of Lauvsnes onto Storfjellveien. Park at the end of the road. Start your walk here and follow the lit trail for 1 km to the top. You can also park the Lauvsnes school. Alternative 2: Approx. 1 km before the junction Vik/Lauvsnes(bridge) there is a small parking area on the left side of the road. Park here. 1 km each way, quite steep but some ropes have been put up.
